We start with the WAW measurement with the flexible and adaptable Fifty Factors Survey - the statistical base for the F3 Model. The F3 survey

 

  1. Identifies the key wellbeing@work components for the specific organization

  2. Calculates numerical value for the power of influence of the key components

  3. Explores employees’ estimation of 50 wellbeing@work factors

  4. Estimates the Index of wellbeing@work for the specific organization

 

All research activities and the following action are executed in complience with the highest standards of ethics and security - data is gathered anonimously, handled in strict confidentially and stored on servers Trust-e certified, EU – U.S. Privacy Shield certified,

The F3 survey indicates not only the factors influencing WAW but also the power of their influence. Immediate benefits for the organization:

  1. The organization receives measurable KPIs for the overall wellbeing@work and its components.

  2.  Precise identification and measurement of the key factors that affect wellbeing@work and estimation of their power of influence. As a result, the organization is able to:

    • Compare and synchronize its current HR strategy with the F3 model findings
