Once we have obtained the analytical data from Phase 1 we are able to identify the key factors influencing the well being in every organization. Furthermore, we have a clear estimation for the strength and the direction of their impact on the level of well being at our organization and at the specific conditions we face. Based on that knowledge we can not only clearly identify the areas which require improvement but also identify the factors which will experience the greatest positive or negative impact on the overall well being. In addition, we may also choose among factors that require fewer resources but which will induce a large effect.

Further discussions involving various groups of employees, moderated by our specialists, will shed light on the specific circumstances which have led to the observed results. Based on the measurement results and followig discussions we develop a WAW Improvement Plan which is unique for each and every organization.
