the Well Being at Work

Once the WAW problems are identified and decisions have been made regarding which WAW factors are to be approached, we develop the specific Strategy and Action Plan. 

The Strategy and Action Plan are developed together with the organisation taking into consideration company's specifics, culture and resources. The WAW actions could be of various nature but we will never criticize but involve, not bore but entertain, not theoretize but provide practical tips. We aim to emotionally engage through the “learn through fun” approach provoking the feeling of togetherness, purpose and happiness.

The intervention could involve development of audio-video materials, group discussions, changes in physical environment, team building activities, improving internal corporate communication, modifying communication processes and approaches, and etc.

Phase 3 preparation and execution: depending on the nature of the activities between 2 and 6 months.
