Post Evaluation

Phase 4 is the moment of truth! We end up the process with post evaluation - a second round of the WAW measurements. DSMS offers clients Money Back Guarantee if the post evaluation does not indicate improvement in WAW after the action plan has been implemented. Taking into consideration all the circumstances that have influenced organization's HR, during the 12-month period, we make a second assessment of the WAW and the specific areas we have been working on. Phase 4 is concluded with a the development of WAW plan for the next year.
