Although subjective, well-being could and should be measured if we hope to improve it. Our F3 W@W Model and holistic approach to wellbeing@work produces a precise W@W estimation and is followed by a tailor made strategy for development.

We start with a W@W measurement- DSMS Consulting collects data on subjective well-being at work by means of surveys based on factors and components recommended by the Eurostat, European Agency for Safety and Health at Work, World Data Base of Happiness, UN World Happiness Report, International Labour Office, and World Health Organisation. The survey data is furthermore processed using the F3 Model, by means of socio statistics and econometrics methods, ranking and calculating power of influence of the key wellbeing@work factors, assessing the quality of 50 wellbeing@work components, and computing Index of Wellbeing@Work for the organization.
Based on the measurement results we develop a W@W Improvement Plan which is unique for each and every organization. Next, we continue with the activities indicated in the Plan.
We end up the process with post evaluation - a second round of the W@W measurements. DSMS offers clients Money Back Guarantee if the post evaluation does not indicate improvement in W@W after the action plan has been implemented.

How do we measure WAW?
Our F3 Method is not just another survey. It is the model that combines factors from economics, psychology, physiology, statistics and sociology providing organizations with the complete and measurable wellbeing at work situation.
The F3 Method not only indicates the central WAW issues, for the specific organization, but also outlines the most effective levers to improve the Wellbeing at Work Index.
Why should we measure WAW?

Investing in Wellbeing at Work means improving happiness in the workplace, which delivers significant increase in productivity and innovation, improved customer service, and substantial decrease in health benefits. WAW organizations attract better employees and retain their top talents.
Institutions like the European Union and global companies like Google, Unilever, BMW, Philips, Coca Cola have adopted WAW strategies. Fortune Magazine's 100 Best places to work deliver 2 times higher return on investment.
Why WAW is so important for us?
We spent approximately 40% of our time at work. In addition, we think about work while eating, while entertaining and even while sleeping. Our body and mind can't simply switch to different modes - work mode, leisure mode or family mode. Educating ourselves on how to improve our wellbeing at work is of fundamental importance for our quest for a complete and happy life.
DSMS Consulting brings together HR professionals, economists, phychologists, physicians, sociologists and IT experts united by the goal to assist in creating a working environment of contentment, allowing employees to flourish and achieve their full potential for the benefit of themselves and their organization. Our partnerships provide us with the opportunity to collaborate with internationally renowned scientist ensuring that all projects are carried out to highest scientific and ethical standards.
We are glad that our professional quality and attitude has been recognized by organizations from the public and private sector like Agency for the Cooperation of Energy Regulations.
